Air & Acoustic Consultants (AAC) were commissioned to produce a noise assessment to support a planning application for a new apartment block made up of 53 apartments for over 55’s.
The development is set within one 4 storey building and one 3 storey building in height separated by 53 parking spaces.
AAC supported the project with a range of environmental assessment services including:

- Noise Modeling
- Noise Impact Assessment
- Noise Mitigation Strategy
